More TD Junior Bankers Sentenced as DOJ’s AML Cases Continue to Focus on Frontline Staff

The Justice Department has secured two more prison sentences against former TD Bank employees, continuing its pattern of prosecuting branch-level personnel involved in money laundering and fraud while no senior bank executives have been criminally charged in connection with the bank’s anti-money-laundering failures.
