The Ninth annual Nordic-Baltic + U.S. Cyber Consultation (NB8 + U.S.) met in Tallinn, Estonia on May 28.

Representatives of the Governments of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and the United States "explored the latest developments in cyber diplomacy and cooperative efforts in cybersecurity and capacity building; the path forward in multilateral fora; and applications of artificial intelligence," according to the State Department.

Participants reaffirmed their commitment to the UN Framework of Responsible State Behavior in Cyberspace, according to a statement.

U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Cyberspace Security Liesyl Franz led the U.S. delegation and advocated the United States’ International Cyberspace and Digital Policy Strategy.
